What a miracle and life-changing event it is, to have a baby.
Morrison Lee was born in the very early hours of the morning on January 4th. The first-born son of a first-born son of a first-born son.
His parents just turned 35. They’ve had full lives, demanding jobs, and live in a one-bedroom apartment so this particular period of growth in their lives will definitely be an adjustment, but what a wonderful adjustment it will be!
This baby was prayed for and anticipated with great joy.
He’s named for one of his parents best friends, a groomsman in Jimmy and Angie’s wedding, who was taken by cancer in September of 2016.
James Morrison, you were loved on this earth by this baby’s parents and your name is carried on in this precious little guy. I’m thinking that’s making you smile.
Carrying on is a good thing, as is change and growth, especially when it comes in the form of a brand new life.
