pauses&clicks

My movers will be here on Tuesday so I’m posting early and using images taken in the few weeks leading up to Halloween.

I don’t “do” scary movies or haunted houses.  There’s nothing in my DNA that enjoys being terrified.  To paraphrase my husband, I would rather the world be made up of unicorns and rainbows.

This is as eerie as I get.

In the middle of a bright sunny morning it was disturbing to walk past this.

And I can’t look at this photo without thinking “children of the corn.”  What kind of grandma takes a picture like this of her grandson?  Well, apparently this one.

I’ll be posting next week from Nebraska….amid the boxes and chaos of setting up yet another home.  Until then….
